Success Story - Center for Practical Bioethics Finds Gold!
Back in Volume 8 of the Verse, we featured The Center for Practical Bioethics (www.practicalbioethics.org) as our Success Story.They return this month as one of our long-time clients who have found gold! VersentCheck Gold, that is. The purple guys have gone Gold for our clients with our new service plan that features a big bundle of services, including 24x7 monitoring and unlimited help desk support, all for one low monthly price.

Rachel Reeder, an Editor/Writer with the Center, was kind enough to share her experience with the new VersentCheck Gold plan.

"Mark, thank you for an informative and pleasant visit. I am very excited by all the changes Versent has made. They all seem to be in the customer's favor! Now, that's a business model to be proud of.

As I mentioned we are installing a new Toshiba printer this week -- we believe it will be her on Thursday or Friday. We are discontinuing the Canon 2200 but we are definitely keeping the Canon 3300. The old HP 8500C has already been removed from the server room, and the new Toshiba will be installed in its place. (We are excited; it will do color, b&w, and all sorts of fancy finishing!) I am very pleased that Versent will help us manage any roll out of the new printer to our desktops.
