Success Story - RamAir, Inc.

Todd Matheis, president of St. Louis-based RamAir, Inc. (www.ramair.com) had a problem. RamAir just opened an office in Lenexa and Todd was in town to get things set up. He only had a few days and he needed a Server and two PCs configured and connected to the Internet, so they could communicate with the home office in St. Louis.

Todd was working with Chris Jarvis of Financial Software Solutions (www.fssinet.com) on his accounting software. Todd asked Chris if he knew of anyone who could get his computers and server set up quickly and correctly. Chris told him about the purple guys and 24 hours later, purple guy Matt Clemons had Todd’s computer’s up and running. The PCs could talk to the server and they had their Internet connection. This all happened within Todd’s schedule and when he got on I-70 E to head back to St. Louis, everything was completed to his satisfaction.

Todd said this about Matt and the work he did: “He was absolutely phenomenal. His personality and work habits were great. If [Matt] is an example of what you guys are all about, I’m going to be a very happy camper.” Well, Todd we will do our best to make that happen.
