Success Story - Managing Technology and Tech Vendors
Bishop Spencer Place, an exceptional retirement community, has been a long time customer of the purple guys. They recently had some issues with a software vendor. Issues that were on the verge of becoming very serious. They enlisted Versent’s help as their technology partner to manage the situation.

One of Versent’s purple guys met with the vendor and the vendor’s technical staff to discuss the issues. After an afternoon working together and some reconfiguration of the software the issues were resolved and everything was running smoothly.
